Liplyn Academy Launches to Help MENA Organisations Thrive in the AI Search Economy

UAE-based AI search company Liplyn has launched Liplyn Academy, providing organizations across the Middle East with training programmes in AI Visibility, Vibe Coding and Agentic AI, delivered both online and in person from Liplyn’s Dubai office at One JLT.

For the past 25 years, people have searched online for news, products and services through Google and Bing. That way of searching is now changing rapidly, with major consequences for finding and buying things online.

“We foresee that within five years, 80% of the apps on our mobile phones will be replaced by AI assistants, and that within a year the Google search bar will no longer exist as we have known it for years,” says Luke Liplijn, founder of Liplyn.

“Today, you search for a property online and are referred to a listings portal as PropertyFinder, but in the future you will simply tell an AI assistant what kind of home you are looking for, in what price range and in which neighbourhood. The AI assistant will then send you a personal notification as soon as a suitable property comes onto the market, including the details of the agency, so you can immediately schedule a viewing. This applies to all products and services; from the shoes you have been looking for to the concert of a specific artist. In the new Google update, AI can even buy those shoes or that ticket directly for you, if you give permission.”

    From visibility to knowledge building
According to Liplyn, AI is not only changing how people search, but also how companies need to be organised. While SEO for many years revolved around achieving a high position in Google, a new playing field is now emerging in which AI assistants summarise answers, select sources and decide whether or not to recommend brands. Knowledge of AI Search Visibility is therefore becoming increasingly important.

“The question is no longer only: are you at the top of Google?” says Liplijn. “The new question is: are you mentioned, cited and trusted by AI systems? That requires a different way of thinking about content, authority, technology and reputation.”

“There’s much talk now about ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Claude, but there are hundreds of other AI systems being used by country, by type of search query or as AI assistants. If you want to remain visible as a company, or if you are a government that wants people to find the right information, you need to move with this development,” Liplijn says.

Not only marketing teams, but entire organisations will need to understand how AI systems select, interpret and recommend information. Liplyn Academy has been developed to make that knowledge accessible to professionals and teams that want to start working with AI themselves.

Learn online or in the classroom in Dubai
Liplyn Academy is built for the way regional teams actually work. Courses are available fully online for distributed and international teams, and as in-person, instructor-led sessions at Liplyn’s Dubai office in One JLT, Levels 6 & 7, Jumeirah Lake Towers. The classroom format gives professionals and organisations hands-on training in AI Visibility, Vibe Coding and Agentic AI, with practical workshops tailored to their own brands, content and markets. Group and in-company programmes can be arranged on request.

    AI, regulation and privacy
Regulation, ethics and privacy are also changing along with these developments. Organisations that, for certain reasons, do not want to be found can request an AI opt-out from some providers; from that point onward, they will no longer be mentioned in, for example, Google AI Overview. There is now a large number of AI search providers, and each handle this differently; which makes informed guidance more important than ever for organisations operating across multiple markets and jurisdictions.

Part of the broader Liplyn Group strategy
The launch of Liplyn Academy fits within Liplyn Group’s broader strategy to support companies in the new AI-driven information landscape. The company combines marketing, technology, education and content distribution to help brands remain visible and relevant.

In addition to training, Liplyn is working on solutions for AI visibility and content distribution. The company manages a network of 70+ websites that together attract more than 4 million visitors per month. This positions Liplyn as a partner for organisations that want to prepare for a future in which AI assistants play an increasingly important role in search behaviour, brand trust and decision-making.
