    ABU DHABI, 23rd May, 2026 (WAM) — In his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has issued an Emiri decree granting Yousef Saeed Al Abri, Undersecretary of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, the rank of Department Chairman.
